A key sign of this movement is the growing popularity of The Bible Recap, a daily podcast hosted by Tara Leigh Cobble, which has reached Apple Podcasts’ Top 10 for the third consecutive year. The show offers a 10-minute daily Bible reading and commentary, guiding listeners through Scripture.
Cobble shared that many returning listeners are rediscovering their faith. “We’re seeing a lot of people who are returning to the faith,” she told Fox News Digital. “Those who walked away or deconstructed, for whatever reason, some of them are coming back home.”
Her personal journey of discovering a deeper love for God through His Word inspired the podcast. “I fell in love with God through this conduit of His words,” she said. “The Bible is not about me. It is for me. It is not about me. It is about God. It is about who He is.”
The podcast has surpassed 500 million downloads and now includes The Bible Recap Kids, which debuted at No. 1 in Apple’s Kids & Family category.
