Lord’s Prayer Reportedly Heard Before Fatal Florida Plane Crash

A male voice was reportedly heard reciting part of the Lord’s Prayer moments before a private jet crashed in Florida on Sunday, November 1, killing all nine people aboard.

The Learjet 60 was traveling from Austin, Texas, to the Bahamas when pilots encountered dangerous weather conditions, including icing and moderate turbulence.

According to reports, the aircraft began descending at approximately 10,000 feet per minute, prompting an emergency distress call from the crew.

Twenty-year-old co-pilot Nathalia Filgueiras reportedly warned of the impending crash as the aircraft rapidly lost altitude. During the final moments, a male voice could apparently be heard praying, although the speaker has not been identified.

The aircraft crashed near Cresthaven in Palm Beach County around 12:50 p.m., leaving a crater and flames near residential properties. Filgueiras, who reportedly earned her pilot’s license at age 17, was among those killed. Her family confirmed her death.
