Erika Kirk, widow of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, shared how her relationship with God guides her life and leadership after her husband’s assassination in September 2025. In a recent Fox News Sunday interview, Kirk addressed how her faith has remained steady despite profound loss and her new role as CEO of Turning Point USA.
Kirk said that her conversations with God have not changed since Charlie’s death, explaining, “I have never questioned, ‘Why me?’ I always knew that my life was not just to be lived for me. We are here for such a greater purpose, and Charlie and I both knew that.” She emphasized her ongoing prayers, stating, “God, use me. God, heal my heart. You know my pain, you know the depths of my pain. Walk through this with me. Put the people in my path that will help heal me and guide me and direct me and keep me in lockstep with your will.”
Kirk also declared her commitment to spiritual discernment in her leadership: “I do not want anything outside of God’s will. Anything outside of the jet streams of God’s will, I will not even touch it with a 10‑foot pole.”
