Jenny Weaver is warning Christians about the growing influence of witchcraft in society and within the church. In a recent interview with Charisma Media, she shared her journey from deep occult bondage to freedom in Jesus Christ.
“I believe that I was groomed for witchcraft,” Weaver said, recalling traumatic experiences as a child in a church that appeared Spirit-filled. She described bizarre rituals, including a disturbing practice called “angel possession.” She explained, “If you took a picture of it, you would go, ‘This is a regular church.’ And then all of a sudden, one of the church mothers over on the side would just throw her head back in like a fainting kind of way. And then somebody would take her shoes off, stand her up and she would announce that an angel was inside of her.” Weaver later realized, “looking back those were not angels. Those were demons.”
After years of addiction and occult involvement, Weaver cried out to God: “God, help me.” She testifies, “And God stepped in and he helped me.” She urges all, “Whosoever calls on the name of the Lord Jesus shall be saved … Lay it down right now in the name of Jesus Christ.”
